MaintenanceLandscapeHardscapeLighting
S&S Services is a full-service residential landscaping company in Nashville — the regular maintenance that keeps a yard sharp, and the patios, walls, plantings and low-voltage lighting that make it worth looking at. Serving Nashville, Franklin, Brentwood, Leiper’s Fork and the surrounding area.
What we do
Most yards need a maintenance crew, a designer, a mason and an electrician. We do all four in-house, so nothing gets lost between them.
Scheduled bed and border care that keeps a property looking finished all year. We maintain what we plant — we do not mow.
A plan shaped around your property, your soil, and how you actually use the space — then installed by the same crew that planned it.
Patios, kitchens and walls built on base work you will never see — which is exactly why you will never have to think about it again.
Low-voltage exterior lighting, laid out on site after dark so you see the effect before we ever bury a wire.
How we work
Every project runs the same way, whether it is a single lighting zone or a full outdoor living space.
Step 01
A free on-site visit. We look at grade, drainage, sun and how you want to use the space.
Step 02
A clear scope with materials, plant list and a fixed, itemized price. Revise it until it is right.
Step 03
Scheduled start and finish dates, daily cleanup, and one point of contact the whole way through.
Step 04
We aim the lights after dark with you there, hand over care instructions, and stand behind the work.

About S&S
S&S Services is a residential landscape company based in Nashville, Tennessee, owned and run by Scott Trevathan. We have been building and maintaining landscapes and patios across Middle Tennessee since 2019.
We started because too many outdoor projects get handed off three or four times — a designer who never picks up a shovel, a mason who does not talk to the electrician, and a homeowner stuck in the middle. We kept maintenance, design, hardscape and lighting under one roof so there is one crew, one schedule and one person accountable for the yard.
Most of our work comes from neighbors of people we have already built for. That is the standard we hold every project to.
